Seven-day try-at-home
You can return any unworn, unaltered piece within seven days of delivery, no questions asked. The piece must arrive back at Nandai in the original Nandai box with all original tags intact.
For sets, all components (necklace + earrings + maang tikka) must be returned together. Partial returns of a set are not eligible for refund.
How to start a return
Email care@nandai.store with your order number and a one-line reason. We reply within one business day with a prepaid Bluedart return label for India addresses. International orders use DHL Express with prepaid label (return shipping deducted from refund).
Drop the parcel at any Bluedart drop-off point or schedule a pickup from our reply email. We confirm receipt within 24 hours of the parcel reaching us.
When you get your money back
Once the piece is inspected (1–2 business days after it reaches us), we issue a full refund to the original payment method. We are prepaid only, so every refund goes straight back to the way you paid: Razorpay UPI / card refunds reflect in 5–7 business days; Shop Pay refunds follow Shop Pay’s own timeline.
You will receive a refund-issued email with the Razorpay reference ID for your records.
What we cannot accept back
A piece is non-returnable if any of the following is true:
- It has been worn outside (smell of attar, perfume, hairspray, foundation, or mehendi on the surface)
- It has been altered by another jeweller
- The seven-day window has lapsed from the date of delivery (as logged by Bluedart / DHL)
Exchanges
If you want a different size, colour, or piece entirely, ship the original back under the same prepaid-return flow. We then ship the replacement free-of-charge once the original is received. Any price difference is refunded or invoiced separately.
