How a Nandai piece is made.

The design

Every Nandai piece is designed in the great Indian jewellery traditions — Kundan, Meenakari, Polki, Rajputi and Temple styles. We focus on getting the silhouette, the colour, and the proportion right, so a piece reads as heritage bridal jewellery the moment you put it on.

Pieces are gold-plated brass set with our signature Noor crystal, faux pearls, and kundan-look stones — never solid gold, never real diamonds, and we are upfront about that. It is fashion jewellery, and proudly so.

The finish

The meenakari look — emerald green, ruby red, peacock blue — is colour-set into the design for that rich enamelled effect. Every piece is finished to a clean, even gold-plate and the crystals are set to catch the light.

Because pieces are made in considered batches rather than one at a time, they are in stock and ship in days, not weeks. No long made-to-order wait — you see it, you order it, it arrives.

Each set is checked for finish and loose stones, then packed into a cloth pouch inside a box. The pouch is reusable. That is the piece that ships.
