Is the gold real? Are the stones real?
No — and we’re upfront about it. Nandai is fashion jewellery: gold-plated brass set with our signature Noor crystal and faux pearls, not solid gold and not real diamonds. The look, colour, and traditional design echo heritage bridal pieces, at a fraction of the cost. Beautiful crystal-set jewellery you can actually wear, with no pretence about what it is.
How long does it take?
Fast. Our pieces are made in considered batches and kept in stock, so most orders ship within a few days — no long made-to-order wait.
How do I pay? Do you offer COD?
We are prepaid only — no cash on delivery. Pay securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, EMI) or Shop Pay. Prepaid keeps our prices lower and gets your order dispatched faster.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally to major markets including the US, Canada, UK, UAE, Europe, Singapore, and Australia. Flat USD $19 insured courier — no free-shipping gimmicks.
What if it does not fit?
Seven-day try-at-home in India. If the piece is not right, we arrange free return pickup when the set is unworn and complete. Fashion jewellery is not resized like solid-gold pieces — we help you pick a better size or style instead.
